Additional approved participants will have access to preferential Volaris airfare options, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

What Are the Travel Dates?

Does Applying Guarantee a Place?
No. All applications are subject to professional profile review and approval. Participation is limited to 30 approved professionals, with one representative per company.
Are November 30 and December 6 Activity Days?
No. November 30 is the arrival day, and December 6 is the departure day. The official program runs from December 1–5, 2026.
How Much Is the Participation Fee?
USD $749 per approved professional.
Is the Puebla MICE Forum Included?
Yes. Access is included at no additional cost. The specific day within the official program will be confirmed once the Forum schedule is finalized.
Is the Airfare Included?
Round-trip airfare is complimentary for the first 8 approved and confirmed participants. The remaining approved participants are responsible for their own airfare.
